ELECTION INFORMATION

The regular Board of Directors election shall be held on May 6, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  At that time, one Director will be elected to serve a four-year term and two Directors will be elected to serve a two-year term for District 1 and 3 and two Directors will be elected to serve a two-year term for District 2.  Any eligible elector interested in serving on the board may submit a self-nomination and acceptance form prior to 4 pm on February 28.  See link to form below.

 “Eligible Elector” means a person who is registered to vote in Colorado pursuant to the “Uniform Election Code of 1992,” Articles 1 to 13 of Title 1, C.R.S., and:

• Who is a resident of the special district or the area to be included in the special district; or
• Who, or whose spouse or civil union partner, owns taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the special district or the area to be included in the special district, whether said person resides within the special district or not.  A person who is obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property situated within the boundaries of the special district or the area to be included within the special district shall be considered an owner within this meaning.
